Parent Drop Off and Pick Up Information

Arrival 

Student Drop Off Times:  8:40 - 8:55 AM
School officially begins at 9:00 AM.  Students are expected to be in their classrooms at this time, ready to listen to the morning announcements.  

Breakfast 
Before arrival, your child should have a plan to eat breakfast or to NOT eat breakfast at school.  Please make sure your child is aware of their breakfast plan for the day.  

Dismissal

Student Pick Up Times:  3:25 - 3:40 p.m.

  • Walkers: Families will pick up walkers at the lobby doors.
  • Car Riders/Lobby Doors: Families will park the car at the front of the building and pick up at the lobby doors.
  • Car Riders/Drive Through: Families will drive through and pick up at the yellow wall/gymnasium doors.

Please provide your child’s teacher with a note for any changes in parent pick up or bus riding information.  If you forgot a note or need to make a change in transportation, please contact the Hayshire office at extension 1902 prior to 2:00 p.m. so that the information can be shared with the teacher.
